Committees are created for various reasons:

1.  To bring the community together (i.e. Social Committee)
2.  To delegate the oversight of common areas (i.e. Common Area Committee or Facilities Committee)
3.  To delegate the oversight of a specific project (i.e. Signage Committee)
4.  To maintain the integrity of the community (i.e. Covenant Compliance Committee or Covenant Review Committee)
