I have lived in the neighborhood since 2016 and have worked at Columbia Insurance Group for 20 years as a Technical Architect. I ran for the board to get more involved in the neighborhood. I want to represent the interests of the community and ensure Wyndham Ridge is a great place to live.Gary Cain

In the year of covid we have also been spending a lot of time outside of Columbia exploring wineries and breweries throughout Missouri.

Michael Chenot currently works as an Analyst at Q10 | Westcap, a full service commercial mortgage bank headquartered in Irvine, California. The firm specializes in originating commercial real estate loans for its exclusive and semi-exclusive Life Company lenders, CMBS, Banks, and Private Money lenders. Michael resides with his wife, Staci, in Columbia, MO after relocating from Springfield, MO in 2018. In his free time, Michael enjoys meeting new people, yard games when the weather permits, and exploring Columbia and surrounding areas.
Michael was interested in becoming a director because he felt his background and experience in real estate could be applied and would be a benefit to the board. Additionally, being new to Columbia when he applied, Michael felt that working on the board would provide the opportunity to meet people throughout the neighborhood and be in a position to serve the community.
Brad Jessee has spent most of his professional career in manufacturing and distribution and currently works as a buyer at Environmental Dynamics in Columbia, MO. Brad and his wife Teresa returned to the Columbia area in 2006 after spending 11 years in the Chicago area and moved to Wyndham Ridge in 2014. Shena Latcham, her husband Matt Sparks and their kids, Oliver and Amelia, moved into the Wyndham Ridge community in December 2012. Originally from Kansas City, MO, Shena moved to Columbia in 1996 to begin her undergraduate studies at the University of MO- Columbia. After a brief stint in KC after graduating college, Shena and Matt got married and moved back to Columbia where Shena completed her Master’s Degree, also at the University of MO - Columbia. In 2006, Shena began working at the MO State Highway Patrol Crime Laboratory located in Jefferson City, MO, as a Forensic DNA Analyst. Forensic science has been a passion of Shena’s since she was in high school, so being able to pursue a career in forensic DNA analysis was a dream come true.
In her spare time, Shena enjoys hanging out with friends, going to the neighborhood pool in the summer, attending Amelia’s competitive softball games across the state, and watching Oliver grow in his mastery of Taekwondo. Shena also enjoys walking the family dog, Chewy, on the trail surrounding Wyndham Ridge to get some exercise and see lots of friends from the neighborhood.
In late 2019, Shena decided to run for the Wyndham Ridge HOA Board in hopes that she could bring more transparency to the decisions that the board was making. Additionally, since Shena has been a long-standing member of Wyndham Ridge, she felt that her historical knowledge of past board decisions could aid the board with future decisions. Although Shena was only elected to the board for a term of one year, she hopes that during her term she can have a positive impact on the neighborhood by increasing the flow of communication from the HOA board to the residents, tackle concerns that residents feel are negatively impacting our community, and bring residents closer together by working with the social committee to organize community events.
